Personal data is any information about you, which enable you to be identified.

This document below describes TravelDotNordic ApS obligations in relation to the GDPR 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation. It describes how we manage the personal information that you or a third party provides to us in connection with our provision of services to you, or that we collect from your use of all our services. The purpose is to ensure your personal data is protected allways due to the business with us.

3 Specification of data we use for your service with us

For your information

TravelDotNordic ApS may collect and process personal information that we receive directly from you. This can be the use of our contact formular, e-mails directly to us or if you provide information via a third party. We handle all information we receive only for the use of the services we offer you as a customer.

Personal information we collected for the use of our service:       

• When you use our website, It may be which browser you are using. The search terms you use, your IP address, location and information about your computer.
• In the case of a job application and the information you provided.
• When an agreement is entered into a customer relationships with TravelDotNordic ApS, via either e-mail, contact form on our website or in other written ways. Information that also will be registered, is the person or persons responsible for the contact for the company, currently and in the future if this person is replaced
• Other information that you send for use in our service. 
• The personal data we collect may be, ie. your name, your email address, your phone number, date of birth, passport number.

We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, taking into accounting and regulatory requirements at all times. There are very few selected people in TravelDotNordic ApS who have the full access to this personal data. After the expiration of the applicable retention period, we will destroy your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

• TravelDotNordic ApS will always handles your personal information based on the legal bases set out in the GDPR 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation!

• On your inquiries to us either via email or by the contact form on our website ect.
• To share your personal data with our service providers to enable them to provide these services.

• Promote, tailor and personalize our services for you or your organization.

• If it is necessary on request that we pass on your personal data to government authorities or other authorities in the EU, due to border controls and security reasons.

For each of thes data transfers, we make sure that TravelDotNordic ApS provide the delivery with the appropriate level and protection for all the transferred data, before, during and after the journey. We only process your data for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes for our suppliers.

Your data will not be processed in any other way that is incompatible with these purposes below

• Only to relevant third parties who exclusively deal with the services we provide to you and only with your prior consent.
• Our service providers
• Our legal attorneys, accountants and bookkeeper.
• To make your reservation with our suppliers, eg hotels, ferries, trains, flights ect. 
• IT service providers
• Credit providers
• Personal information may very rarely be required to be shared by supervisory authorities, such as the tax authorities and other government agencies in Denmark. Should these authorities contact us, you will, if the law allows this, be informed.

6 This is how TravelDotNordic ApS secures your data

• TravelDotNordic ApS stores and processes your personal data in a way that ensures its appropriate security. This is done by taking protection against unauthorized attempted access of our systems. We only use authorized and updated software that does its best against intrusion.
• TravelDotNordic ApS has implemented security measures to ensure that our internal procedures live up to our high security standards. Very few people have full access to data and are responsible for updating the technical security
• If TravelDotNordic ApS identifies incorrect data processing activity internally, it will be changed or stopped to ensure that the processing is in accordance with GDPR 2016/679. Any technical and organizational security measures will be put in place to continue the protection of data processing.
• We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

A cookie is a small piece of data that is stored on a user’s hard drive, which contains information about the user. Google Analytics-cookies is used to collects information about how visitors use our site.

• Cookies gives TravelDotNordic ApS the opportunity to identify your computer or device that is used to access our website. 
• It is not possible for TravelDotNordic ApS to identify you personally by these cookies.
• The information is used for the purpose of preparing statistical reports in order to improve your experience of our website and improve the products we offer you as a visitor

• At TravelDotNordic ApS, you are always entitled to acces the information we have about you. However, this may be with certain legal exceptions.

The above Privacy Policy and data protection may be updated as required by law if necessary. Therefore, TravelDotNordic ApS asks you to check this on occasion.
